These confetti throwers are perfect for celebrating special moments or creating a fun mood with your friends.
Material:
• Empty cardboard tube
• Balloon
• Coloured paper
• Ruler• Pencil crayon
• Scissors
• Glue stick
• Paperclips
• Miniature pompoms or silk confetti
Measure and cut a rectangle of coloured paper to cover the entire tube.
Cut off the end of the balloon and place it on the tube.
Decorate the paper as you like. You can even add Nebulous Stars stickers!
Glue paper around the tube, and place paperclips to hold it in place while it dries.
Place confetti, pompoms or glitter inside, then pull and release the rubber tip to launch them into the air!
