1. Measure and cut a rectangle of coloured paper to cover the entire tube.
2. Cut off the end of the balloon and place it on the tube.
3. Decorate the paper as you like. You can even add Nebulous Stars stickers!
4. Glue paper around the tube, and place paperclips to hold it in place while it dries.
Tip
Use rhinestones or glossy paper for more sparkle.
Place confetti, pompoms or glitter inside, then pull and release the rubber tip to launch them into the air!
